Once they select a travel experience, they will be asked to provide pertinent information. To assist them in initially planning their trip, they will be asked to provide preferred dates of travel, travel companion’s information, etc. If they do not have information concerning their traveling companion or if they have not decided on dates of travel at that time they may advise us at a later date. A member of our Personalized Service Travel Team will contact them either way, and provide further assistance regarding their trip.

Since travel is so personal, reflecting individual desires and lifestyles, we have a team of knowledgeable and active Personalized Service professionals in the travel industry. Our Personalized Service professional can assist them with upgrading accommodations and adding additional people or nights by using their personal credit card.

We even provide card holders with an optional After Hour Emergency Service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — anywhere in the world. Unforeseen circumstances happen. But our Toll-Free, 24-hour service can help solve any travel emergency from almost anywhere in the world. We can re-book, make changes, and handle any trouble-shooting matters that may arise.

Once we have received the travel request, we get to work on booking and confirming the travel experience. We believe it is important to know the status of the travel planning process from the moment a travel experience is selected, to the arrival of the travel documents at the doorstep. We have developed the easiest and most complete travel status system ever. Card holders can monitor the status of the travel experience every step of the way. By logging in using a unique User ID and password, they can view the status of where we are in the travel planning process.

Once all travel documents are produced we ship them UPS. When the documents have shipped, card holders will receive an email alert and may track the package online. 

How to Purchase The Travel Reward Card

1. If you are interested in purchasing The Travel Reward Card, your first step is to contact a Travel Reward Card Sales Representative who will provide you with a qualification form to see if your company qualifies. 2. Once we set your company up in our system, you may purchase your desired level(s) by completing our simple order form.
3. In 7-10 days your recipient will receive The Travel Reward Card beautifully presented in our distinguished black gift box with simple instructions for redeeming their travel experience. You can have The Travel Reward Card mailed to your recipient(s) or mailed to yourself. You can also add a personal message and/or your corporate logo.
